In the two seasons I've watched this show, I've generally been unimpressed by the contestants, full of MBA BS-ers. Best contestants from a million applicants? Surely Trump is selecting as much for personality as credentials or competence.

Randal struck me from the first day as the most impressive Apprentice contestant - I'd say ever, but I've only seen the last two seasons. Quietly competent, effective and respectul of his colleagues. And never mind the three wins - just the fact that every time a team could pick a new person, they picked Randal, says so much.

I don't necessarily agree with Randal's recommendation not to hire Rebecca, but Trump better respect it, since Randal was living up to the show's motto: It's not personal...it's just business!

Some of the previous candidates have made far more than Trump's measely $250K salary to the winners.

Let's not forget that we also get many lawyers..... Just don't seem right either, especially when it's 'Recent Law School Graduate'. These people are not impressive just because they graduated from a law
