I don't think SJP got plastic surgery, I think she got Thermage. Posh Spice (or rather mediocre weed) definitely looks like she went under the knife and then some. I do agree that why are these stars screaming about plastic surgery, etc, when all of them have had something done other than naturally aging, healing, losing weight. There has been so many celebrities recently who have had kids and the next time you see them they are thinner than before conception. Maybe it is all publicity - they fake pregnancy and then adopt.
