arrest them w/o probable cause, no matter how great their suspicions. You'd be surprised how many times the cops know exactly who committed a crime, but they can't get permission to search from the court. >>

I was only asking a friggin question...geez don't jump down my throat! I didn't say they had to go arrest him....but it sure as hell doesn't appear that they were taking him all that seriously either. Just my opinion.
