Most don't have the 'nut' to crack that the RTR has if in fact their renovation cost $20 million (I heard it was actually closer to $38 million). Just the note payment for a $20 million renovation loan is in excess of $300,000 per month (excluding operating expenses and rent). You have to sell a LOT of fish eggs and vodka to make that
