Yes - she is and my understanding is that they have a cordial, supportive and polite relationship. Not overly close but not estranged. I believe there is also a sister that is connected by one parent and not the other, but I'm not sure which one.

The sister is another daughter of Ravi. From what I read, the two half-sisters are very close.
