Sept. 11 Conspiracy Book to Hit Stores

By Mark John

PARIS (Reuters) - French author Thierry Meyssan has news for Americans preparing to commemorate the first anniversary of September 11: the attacks on the World Trade Center and Pentagon did not involve hijacked airliners.

'9/11, The Big Lie,' the English translation of Meyssan's incendiary French-language book is due to hit U.S. bookstores by the end of this month. The book alleges that the world has been taken for a ride over what really happened on September 11.

The French have already lapped up Meyssan's theory that a military faction in the U.S. government used remote controls to guide two aircraft into the twin towers and that a U.S. missile

....in a related story, new evidence shows that it was not the Wehrmacht and Luftwaffe than overran France in 1940...it was actually the Martians, with help from the Venusians.

Yes, and the FBI never blew up the WACO compound, and the Ruby Ridge tragedy never happened, and the US Government is always truthful and law-abiding, and the FBI is an organization that never hides anything from the public.

White Frenchmen have half the crime and violence rate of white American men. The French military is weak because it's men are essentially non-violent.

That's a nice, well-thought-out remark that has nothing whatsoever to do with your own personal sense of vanity as it relates to national pride.

America was made good to begin with, but it must be constantly maintained to keep it honest and keep it good.

They have half the crime and violence rate because they are also half-men, aka sissys. The girly-boy frogs couldn't fight their way out of a scrum with Boy George. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Are you saying that 9-11 was orchestrated by our government? If you are, then you're just as loony as the French guy who wrote that book. But then again, I wouldn't expect anything less from a supporter of the Co$

<< Yes, the French helped us quite a bit, although I think it had more to do with hating the English rather than liking the us at the time. They gave us the Statue of Liberty, and our colors are the same as theirs (right?), what I want to know is why do they hate us so much now? >>

I guess because we both had common agendas at the time - independence from monarchies. I'm sure back in 1776, France never expected that the US would ever become a superpower it is today. I'm sure part of it is plain jealousy. You'd think that considering how many decendents of french ancestry we have here in the States (and in Canada for that matter) they would be more willing to embrace us. Oh well, I'm not crying over it.
