According to Allie from Gone Hollywood-blog Shia LaBeouf’s driver’s license has been suspended, as a result of his July 2008 car crash.  The suspension, which took effect January 17, 2009, is the result of LaBeouf’s “refusal of chemical tests” in the wake of his accident, according to the Department of Motor Vehicles.The suspension will last a minimum of one year.
