The singer has lashed out at his dead former love rival with an astonishingly tasteless jibe.
Jase split with KYLIE MINOGUE more than ten years ago when she dumped him for tragic rocker MICHAEL HUTCHENCE — but time clearly hasn't been a healer.
The actor, who is filming a medical drama called MDA in his native Australia, said of the break-up with Kylie: 'It hurt a lot back then but hey, I guess I got the last laugh on him — I'm alive.'
Hutchence, who was father to tragic PAULA YATES's daughter Heavenly Hiraani Tiger Lily, was judged to have committed suicide after being found dead in a hotel room Down Under in 1997.
Jason — whose career is back on track thanks to my Let's Get Donovan On Again campaign — has happier memories of Sydney hotels.
He revealed he once romped with his former Neighbours co-star in the swimming pool of the city's Sebel Townhouse Hotel.
He says: 'We were lovers but we managed to keep it quiet and we did the deed in the pool.'
