Urgh. I also hate 'To be honest,.....' There are 2 guys at work who preface almost everything with that. Does that mean they are less than honest in their other conversations with me? Idjits.

Well, they have to say that the meetings are over, for the idiot viewers who would not realize that otherwise.
With that being said.... (sorry, couldn't resist), the thing that everyone says that most drives me nuts is 'it isn't personal'. Most of the time, it IS personal. And anytime you are doing something that jeopardizes that person's chance to win half a million dollars - it's personal to THEM, I guarantee you.
