Howard announced it this morning. He's leaving radio and going to Sirius satellite radio, starting 2006. He blamed the religious right and censorship, and said Bush had a bill on his desk to fine him, and he couldn't take it anymore. He said this is the end of radio as we know it, and that he's going to bury Clear Channel. Question is, is this really as revolutionary as he thinks it'll be? Sirius stock is going up but not drastically.

Howard has a history of blaming others for his shortcomings. He should act like a professional and move the hell on. It's not the end of his career, rather a new beginning. He should be thankful and use it as a career boost.
