REUTERS-A man, from Corona, California, named Steve Bosell is suing Art Bell becuase of the latter's promises that ghosts looking like Jimmy Cagney will appear, but when Mr.Bosell, a construction contractor of 20 years, and from Knoxville, Tenneessee oriignally where he was born and bred, when to the door after hearing eerie and spooky sounds, hoping that it was James Cganey as a ghost of a dirty rat, it was just his dog.
Bosell, whose attorney's his second girlfriend Delores Blagingame of Riverside, California, has sued five entities over this latest humiliation that makes him look like a fool:
a)James Cagney for being the late actor that he admired, since Bell promises Jimmy Cagney looking ghosts..
b) Art Bell for promising this fony baloney.
c) Mr.Bosell's own wife April for laughing at him.
d) his dog Spot for 'impersonatin' a ghost.Especially a celebrity looking one'
and Finally, and most incredibly...
e) Steven Bosell's suing virtually EACH AND EVERY spectre 'from Casper to The Ghosts in GHOSTBUSTERS franchise and beyond, for making me look like a fool by now showing up and at leats for not wearing a eerie, ecoplasmic (ghostly to lay mortals) Hallowe'en mask', the 40 year old construction contrtactor (B&B construction) charges.
All of these charges are frivolous, to say the least. His buddy Phil Hendrie has asked him not to sue as it might damage his reputation and cause many more ridiculing directed against him but the cocky Mr.Bosell reassures his buddy, a nation-wide heard heard talk radio guy, and a chum of Art Bell, 'Dude, I'm REAL certain
