I totally agree, it was awful. I can't believe Simon said it was a good performance. Melissa will get the boot and Ayla will sail to the next round? I think there might be some politics involved.

It worked for Gwen. Anyway, what's up with with that bogus criticism that she needed to pick a song that showed off her vocal ability and range? She already did that the previous two weeks and proved she can do that, and if she'd chosen the same type of song the judges would've cut her down for being 'boring' and 'safe'.

Karen, believe it or not I've been lurking this whole time. I would post one every now and again but mostly for the last year I've been lurking. Last year was a bad year for me on AI. I really didn't like anyone on the show except for Jessica, so I stayed away. But I am back now....with a vengeance...this time it's personal....damn, I can't think of anymore Jaws tag lines.....
