Hey before I forget yet again, you know what we didn't hear this last week? The band did not overplay any of the contestants! Wow! Our prayers have been answered! And the band's sound was not differentially processed so it didn't align with the vocals, and lots of other bad stuff that's been a staple of AI for several seasons DIDN'T HAPPEN! Congratulations to the powers that be, and to the knowledgeable audio engineering posters whose messages here may actually have played some role in AI finally getting their act together. Maybe that's why, in some part, this sounded like a good week.

Knowledgeable 'audio engineering posters' here? No way! Where? Running sound for a local band on jam night does not count... ROTFLMAO!
BTW, the only overplaying is by that god-awful 'guitar player'.
