Some rumors are really just a coward's way of making a threat, that's why. You can't afford to ignore anything these days.

The two most overused phrases of the year are 'slams/slamming' and 'laughs/laughed/laugh off'. Any reporter who uses them loses all credibility. It reminds me of the whole 'amazing' trend a couple years back. Can you think of any other phrases to add to the list?

I would not know anything about what went on in the 1950s except for what I have read. When you give an interview, you give people more words to twist.
